Drivers who opt for our Chevy Silverado 2500 Diesel for sale will have access to unbridled performance, off-road functionality, and towing power that you just won’t see anywhere else. If you want to tow thousands of pounds of cargo in a rear or four-wheel-drive pickup truck, we have options for you.

The Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Diesel Options
For this year, the Chevy Silverado 1500 is available with an all-new 3.0-liter Duramax® turbo-diesel engine that delivers incredible fuel efficiency for a full-size pickup. It can get up to 277 horsepower and 460 lb-ft of torque with four-wheel-drive. This results in a max payload of 1,870 pounds and an overall towing capacity of 9,300 pounds.
“The engine utilizes state-of-the-art technologies to optimize every drop of fuel and takes advantage of architectural changes to make Silverado larger, lighter and more aerodynamic than before,” said Tim Herrick, Silverado executive chief engineer. “The resulting combination offers all the performance, refinement and capability customers want in a full-size truck, with highway fuel efficiency you would expect from a family sedan.”
The Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD Diesel for Sale
The larger, heavy-duty version of the Chevy Silverado does not disappoint either. It gets a max towing capacity up to 35,500 pounds with an available Duramax® 6.6-liter V8 turbo-diesel engine for up to 445 horsepower and 910 lb-ft of torque.
That engine comes coupled with an all-new Allison® 10-speed automatic transmission. In 2021, the Chevrolet Silverado 2500 has increased its towing capacity by 52 percent over previous models. It’s also longer, taller, and wider than years past.
We also carry the Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD for those who want even more size and heavy-duty power. Visit us at Woodhouse Chevy if you’d like to see how these models run for yourself.
